I’m not sure how legal this is, but a member of TreoCentral’s forums managed to get a hold of a ripped copy of Picsel Browser off of an i539 that works with the Treo 650. Picsel is a great document viewer and the only native pdf viewer on the Palm platform (to my knowledge). You can view pdfs with Adobe’s Acrobat Reader for the Palm, but it converts the file before moving it to your palm device. This is inconvenient if you received the pdf through your email or if the conversion strips some nice formatting. When I used Picsel on my Sony Clie UX-50, I thoroughly enjoyed using it. It has a great interface and is really quick. Be warned though - it will steal a bunch of memory on your Treo. Head on over to mytreo.net’s download section to grab it, but use at your own risk! Oh yeah, don’t use the toolbox either - it will reset your Treo.

*UPDATE: Looks like mytreo.net has pulled the file. mytreo.net’s Forums states the following:
The copy-protected package in question could only be downloaded with express permission from either SAMSUNG Electronics or Picsel Technologies Ltd, neither one of which has allowed redistribution at this time. It is no longer available from mytreo.net.
I guess that answers my first question.
