Although the Treo 650 was already released to business customers, Verizon and palmOne officially announced today the availability of the Treo for everyone. The following graphic was post on palmOne’s main page this morning:
“An ideal device for mobile professionals, the Treo 650 is equipped with Wireless Sync, Verizon Wireless’ always-on email service that offers customers constant synchronization of their email, calendar, contact list, tasks, and more. Wireless Sync for the Treo 650 includes inbox synchronization and the integration of up to three additional POP3 or IMAP email accounts. The service is compatible with Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes.”
Besides being available on the web, the smartphone will be available at Verizon Wireless Communications Stores and Verizon Wireless Communications Stores at Circuit City. The phone is priced at $399 including a two year commitment or $519 with a existing plan. Unlimited data service will cost you $45 a month.
