David Nagel Steps Down As PalmSource President, Chief Executive Officer for Undisclosed Reasons

SUNNYVALE, Calif. May 23, 2005 — PalmSource Inc., a developer of software for cell phones and other mobile devices, said Monday that David Nagel, its president, chief executive and a director, stepped down on Sunday. The company named Patrick McVeigh, senior vice president of worldwide licensing, as interim chief executive.
