I stumbled on a new Palm blogging app on PalmGear today. u*Blog allows you to post, edit and delete entries from multiple blog accounts; you can download and choose categories (GREAT!); and you can even preview an upload pictures (if your blog supports it). u*Blog supports Blogger, MoveableType, and any metaWeblog supported blogs like what treo Addicts use - WordPress.
I am a big fan of mo:blog but this free app is going to give mo:blog and hblogger a real run for their money.
This entry was posted using u*Blog and is my first attempt at posting something. I also attached a picture.
PalmGear : u*Blog 1.0
UPDATE : I had to fix the image URL after posting, but now I know how it works, it is an easy thing to get around. My only real problem with this software is the lack of documentation.

Hi there. I’m having trouble getting u*blog to work with my WordPress site. Can you give some settings/pointers?

So what do you use for the u*blog’s ‘Image Path’ setting in order to upload photos from a Treo? As far as I know, the Treo’s built in camera saves photos to a .db file rather than a path accessible to applications. Is there some kind of workaround?

altugo - I am getting the same problem with a Word press site residing in a subdomain. I have double checked the settings but still the same problem. In another Wordpress site where the xmlrpc is in the root directory, it’s fine.
mo:blog does not work for the former case either.
