Had a July 4 BBQ yesterday and found a couple more uses for my Treo.

• “Scanning” cookbooks - so my wife and I are working in parallel on two recipes out of the same cookbook and we have to keep flipping back and forth. I take out my Treo, snap a few quick photos of the page I need and then run into the office where I HotSync and then print out my photos - quality is definitely not going to replace a scanner, but the output was readable and did the trick.
• Cooking timer - using something like TikTok, 1TouchTimer, etc… - you can set a timer so you know when your food is done.
